Cancellation Policy
BNB Dustbusters LLC Cancellation Policy At BNB Dustbusters LLC, we understand that plans can change. To ensure the best service for all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning appointment will receive a full refund with no penalty. Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a $10 cancellation fee to cover scheduling and preparation costs. Same-Day Cancellations: If a cancellation occurs on the same day of the scheduled service or if our team arrives and cannot access the property, the full service fee may be charged at our discretion.
